Executive Summary

ProScape Lawn Care is a locally owned, husband-and-wife lawn care company in Delta, Colorado, serving Delta, Montrose, Olathe & Cedaredge β€” expanding across both counties for 2026. Their tagline, "Your Lawn's Beautician," is the single most distinctive brand asset held by any lawn company in the valley, and until now it existed only as text on a four-page template site with no way to book after hours.

The opportunity is structural, not speculative: roughly half of landscaping businesses nationally have no website at all, and not one competitor in this market offers online booking or an instant quote. Local Google review counts sit in the single digits, meaning a modest, systematic review push can build a county-wide moat almost for free.

This engagement builds three layers on top of that gap: the site (a fast, mobile-first booking-enabled build replacing the old template), the brand (a salon-themed identity fronted by a mascot, "Blade," that no competitor can copy without looking derivative), and SIGNAL (a content and distribution system that turns the brand into a recognizable local presence instead of a static page). All three are built and deployed to staging today β€” see the Build Hub sections below for the complete, current reference.

The hardest part β€” building a real brand system from nothing β€” is already done. What's left is Steve and Brittany's phone camera and a green light.

Brand Story & Arc

The full narrative throughline β€” voice, vocabulary, and the seasonal story ProScape tells all year, act by act.

Positioning & Voice

"Your Lawn's Beautician" β€” a salon for your yard. Playful salon language layered over visibly professional work. The words carry the charm; the visuals β€” crisp stripes, sharp edges, real equipment β€” carry the credibility. Never camp for camp's sake: the 60-year-old ranch-property owner must still read "the most professional crew in the valley."

Warm, confident, lightly funny. Salon metaphors as seasoning, not the whole meal. Plain English for the 50–70 core demo β€” no jargon, no long sentences. Rule: never mock the customer's lawn, always celebrate the transformation.

The Seasonal Story Arc

ProScape's business already has a five-act shape because Delta's climate gives it one. The brand voice and content shift chapter to chapter, but the throughline β€” Blade, the Beautician, taking care of the valley one lawn at a time β€” never breaks.

Forecasting & Potential

Not invented projections β€” each number below is a documented mechanism from the research behind this build (full citations in the strategy report). What they add up to for ProScape.

$4.7K
lifetime value of one recurring mowing client, Delta-adjusted
$8K+
same client's LTV once aeration, cleanup & lighting are layered on
20–40K
realistic holiday-lighting season revenue at 20–30 installs
30%
better local search visibility once past the 50-review moat

Off-Season Revenue, Ranked for Delta's Climate

RankStreamEconomics
1Holiday lighting$800–1,500/job at 50–65% margin β€” the anchor, since Delta only sees ~23" of snow/year
2Fall & spring cleanup$200–600/job, high margin on equipment already owned
3Aeration & overseed~$120+/hr effective β€” September is the ideal Western Slope window
4Snow removal (existing)25–35% net; commercial ice-management retainers beat per-driveway work here
5Gutter cleaning$100–350/job, same ladder and visit as a lighting install

The Roadmap From Here

Now
Site + brand + SIGNAL pilot built, staged, awaiting client kickoff
+30 Days
Kickoff inputs resolved, mascot locked, site goes live, launch sequence fires
+90 Days
Review moat underway (target 50+), weekly content rhythm running, Phase 2 booking layer
Oct–Dec
Holiday lighting campaign sold to the warm summer client list
Year 1 Close
Full four-season revenue calendar running on autopilot through the content system

No dollar figure is projected for ProScape's total revenue β€” that requires their actual client count and current volume, which is part of the kickoff conversation, not a number to guess at here.
